Scott, are you trading with a local trader? If yes, than you are a shareholder in the street name and you have to ask him to give you the proxy. If he is not the real beneficial owner, which I think he is not, he will go(email) to the other broker and to the other broker until the r b o will provide the proxy and this will be handovered to you. It will take about a week, depends how fast they are...Hope this helped... GL!
