Dave, there are plenty of animals that wallow in things. Only someone as sensitive as you are about your weight would automatically assume I must be referring to pigs. My intent was not to offend, and the thought of a pig never entered my mind.

(wallow in) (of a person) indulge in an unrestrained way in (something that creates a pleasurable sensation): I was wallowing in the luxury of the hotel | he had been wallowing in self-pity.

I am not and never will be politically correct. Those so easily offended by words should work on growing a skin, or doing something about the thing that causes their sensitivity. Don't expect me to tiptoe around words because somewhere in the world, someone might be offended. I expect one day soon it will be commonplace to use the "F" word instead of saying someone is fat. BTW, I am fat, but I recognize my condition for what it is and I'm not offended if someone points out I am fat. It is because I enjoy eating, and not a thyroid condition or anyone else's fault but my own. But I am working on it as well.
