how come nobodys been posting on hangout sirg board -i rarely visit ihub anymore and didnt know what was going on
i and others have to figure out if the conditional loan is legit -nobody has heard of this new funding source as related to mining before and vc is NOT going into mining-see doubloons posts on wolv etc- so why would this be different is just a logical question
even if legit could take forever to fund-who knows- esp as the roi from sirg is stated by the lender to be less than roi from the other 3 companies and then 12-24 months as per the lender themselves before operations
and lender would be charging sirg 1/2 the profits which is typical of grey knights but it will drastically reduce sirgs profits -so mixed bag - a grey knight which takes some time to get used to -
the reason they are loaning to the junior miners is because they cant get funding and thus the lender can dictate terms which profit the lender and their investors but take profit away from sirg and shareholders and replace convertibles w even more convertibles
so sirg would have to be desperate as i'm sure they are but they havent pr'd anything,which is very odd,this being a material event as would be the blm and adeq permits etc
normally sirg would pr in conjunction w kcpc whatever's aug 19 and 25 pr's
