I think the timeline came before H / C got into slow mo ....... If I remember correctly, under the old guidelines, it took about 2 weeks from notice to inspection, and another 2 weeks to License. Since the new regs came into effect, we now have what we have, and you are absolutely correct in the we do not know how long it will take. And that in and of itself sucks major for the stockholders, but, I can not even imagine how the people who have ten's of millions of dollars wrapped up in this feel. Not even counting the time and effort.
