One of the companies that received their Notice of Effectiveness on September 5th had filed their final s-1/a (they had a total of four) back on August 4th and there were over 40 companies given the Notice of Effectiveness on September 5th. The SEC remains busy. And the last s-1/a for VitaCig was filed on August 25th.
