Never thought we would see sub-penny levels for SMKY.  I really don't think anything has changed, except that it is taking more time than expected to secure the right financing package.  I also believe there has been an effort to drive the price down by some.

At these levels, all you have to do is calculate the market cap at under $1M to realize how undervalued SMKY is.  Assuming Eddie pulls this off, this could end up being a huge buying opportunity, one nobody ever thought they would get.  I'm hoping to free up some funds to buy more if I can by next week.
