Louis, totally understandable, I agree, it is total speculation on my part, just saying...
"Can you please tell me the share structure for MCM if it's a publicly traded company then? BTW it's pure speculation saying that Green Assets is now MCM. A change of websites doesn't equate some type of merger..."
Right, its true, we can not be certain if Cheryl has effectively turned Green Assets International Inc into MCM, that was just guesswork on my part. I just am trying to connect the dots and sharing openly my thoughts and DD. As for the share structure of MCM, we know that MCM is a wholly owned subsidiary of RFMK, a daughter company, therefore as RFMK is the parent and itself a public company, I would simply direct you to the share structure of RFMK. Its that simple.
Last time there was word of up to date SS figures from the T/A, it looked like the O/S for RFMK was at about 1.5B and A/S still at 2B, float probably somewhere at about 1B or maybe 1.1B, not exactly sure.
From my own understanding of Green Assets, I was under the impression that it was basically a brand new start up organization being backed by a private equity fund (EPF) and that Cheryl Shuman was the CEO and they were looking for already existing companies to support and so I am guessing that Cheryl has effectively taken over MCM (there was a PR in the last month about this if I remember correctly), and remember MCM was already an established daughter corp of RFMK. Who knows, its all speculation, but I personally find it kind of illuminating that the Green Assets website was its own site, then was changed to redirect to medical cannabis management (MCM) and now the domain just shows MCM content without the domain redirect. Who knows but I am just attempting to connect the dots, please feel free to disagree but please if you have an alternative argument or perspective, feel free to provide links or other such DD to back up your points. TIA
