I can see where your frustration comes from. It just becomes a bit difficult to read when someone with your knowledge, understanding and support of and for GC/AMBS begins lobbing phrases like
Translation: Gerald's negotiations with a Lympro JV partner fell throughand he decided to go it alone with ICON! We can do this with ICON, but by not getting a big up front chunk of money from a Johnson & Johnson, Gerald is not going to have money to throw around making more acquisitions and funding Eltoprazine without dilution of some sort. AMBS will eventually break out, but it isn't likely to in the next several weeks.
No way am I saying to or not to vote for the shares. That's a personal choice. But, to blame not voting yes on the shares and giving reasons that aren't actual fact just causes more confusion for those who are not as well informed as you are.
