I agree with your points there. The need to up list in the next two months may be to soon. I am now leaning towards early 2015. I feel things will be much different by then. An R/S may not be needed at all then.

The R/S was the major sticking point for me until it was stated by AMBS that the Authorized shares and Outstanding shares would be reduced by the same amount. Because of that it really makes no difference to me R/S or not. It will have a 0% dilution effect and 0% monetary difference.
