Chris: I hope Gerald proves me wrong about being at .15 cents by the November RS and up list. I am just basing that target on his execution over the last two months on catalysts I was expecting. Based on how those have done, I will be happy to be at .15 cents when we up list.

I am concerned that whatever positive catalysts Gerald has left in the coming weeks, they will be neutralized by the weight of the additional one billion authorized shares and shareholder fear of potential future dilution.
