Look at the accum/dist chart. This is a pull down on low volume stock so someone or some group(s) can load before the run.
ICBT is the parent company of Canwealth Minerals which has an SEC approved IPO just about to take place at a buck a share and ICBT owns over 30,000,000 shares.
The waiting is just about over. The 8K filed within the last two weeks confirmed two new board members, one a geologist, the other is from the Business Development Bank of Canada.
We longs suspect it has a heavy short position which should help propel the stock on news.
