We have a better understanding as to why, the Defendants haven't answered back with the order to add ISI to this current case.They(The Defendants) would also have to call MCI into this case.Or TMMI would with their reply to the Defendants order,either way,it still doesn't matter!!.
Given the fact TMMI holds the "World Wide Rights" to fractals on cd's and MCI has paid over $30,000,000 to Iterated for development of fractals to be used over the internet.
MCI could also seal the Defendants fate,as would HP if called upon!!..
