picon, the reason that I believe that they would not issue more shares is that one of reasons the pps is so stuck is that there are too many shares out there. I hope they found another route to make these deals. Your analysis in the past has been quite good, but I hope that you are wrong here.

PS - MY guess is that license and other important PR is released before Wednesday morning (probably Monday 9 a.m.). I also think a lot of people will be annoyed at the RXNB deal because they will own less shares (1/3), but that it'll end up doing great for us in the long run.
