Hey, everyone. first post in the coffee shop during trading hours, and the Martini bar after 4PM EST. When you get a chance take a look at WRIT. PPS is depressed for now, could be a great money maker, I have a gut feeling something of substance is just around the corner. Also, the L2 looks pretty good, once it breaks out.  So take a peak when you get a chance.  Do some DD , You might like what you see.     thanks   Gregg
