the order from the court of appeals in this case just opened up a whole new battle ground for the allowance of medical marijuana . as in the order they have stated some laws from Colorado and Washington as well as the law in there state . this is a great start here now there is a case on the books that have been won by the state laws witch is good for use do to the fact it can be argued in the court of law and there is a verifying case that has been won here. they can also use this case to fight on the federal level .
