Nat Treasure, thank you very much. That is very sound advice. I'm thinking about buying my third property as well. I like having two investments avenues- Real Estate and AMBS. I am conflicted though. I think I have more $ potential long term with AMBS honestly. We all know how tremendously undervalued we are. I like your suggestion regarding taking a 2nd mortgage but that might prevent me from buying my third place if I choose to go down the route.
