No, not FUD. The filings say that PTO has a set of drawings, I think they used the term "installation drawings". In my posts I always stated that they had some work done. Never said otherwise.
However, it is clear that this engineering firm is having to Reverse Engineer to some extent.
It is also odd that JBI has a machine shop. My experience has been that the only places with machine shops these days are places with equipment so old that parts cannot be obtained anymore. Nuclear power plants are a good example.
It is far easier and cheaper in the long run to outsource it. Especially if you are planning to commercialize it, you are going to need a set of plans. Building your own prototype does not accomplish much.
The fiasco with the cold weather and the failed condensers is proof of that. Such things should not occur.
