KayMayer continues to suggest it is against the law to buy TelVue if you signed an NDA for TelVue. I have just posted the following post on lie-hub to see if we can find out just what this legal eagle knows.
Our Leader went to Stone Hedge to see if he can find some stones.
I was born with mine. The post on lie hub follows.

First let me say my reason for this post is to help everyone make a decision. I do not know that much about the law. I always thought of it as an exacting science. I'm most likely wrong.
It has been suggested that if someone signs an NDA that trading in TelVue would be against the law. That could be one reason people may not want to buy shares of TelVue.
I say we should all be positive as to weather this is indeed against the law. I have signed an NDA. TelVue is the company the NDA pertained to. So in order to get some clarity here. I will be buying TelVue shares next week. Going to be busy with some friends most of the week but before the week is out I will buy some TelVue shares and tell everyone 10 minutes before and then present a level 2 to show the sale.
So let's see. I signed an NDA from TelVue. I will buy shares of TelVue. Let's clear the air.

Holding TelVue shares has made it the billion dollar bomb shell it is.
