They are not happening before this shareholder's eyes. All I see is message board hyperbole and rumor.

The company has said there is an engineering firm. Some seem to have identified the firm and said that it is notable.

Fine. I'll accept that as true.

We, as shareholders, have no idea what the arrangement is between P2O and that company.

I contend that the engineering company is reviewing the technology and then will decide whether or not to move forward.

And if they do decide to move forward it will be at a price that will hurt existing shareholders.

But not until the price has had a chance to pop on the news.
