I probably could be in better shape. LOL. I raised 5 kids and use that as an excuse for being overweight, even though my wife had the 5 C-sections and she is in great shape for her age.

This is a paraphrase from a quote I heard recently: "In the end everything will turn out alright. If something isn't alright, then it's not the end yet."

This gives me hope to fix the things that need fixing before I'm too old to do anything about it. But if some things don't get fixed while I'm here, in the end, that will be alright, too.
