I understand most of that, but I'm not sure why people are excited that the registered shares are available to have restriction removed on a certain day. It just means that the holder CAN sell them if they want. It does not mean that they are not holding hundreds of millions of shares any more, so it seems to me that they are still looming over the market. At any time one of these people could decide to dump theirs, and it would put tremendous pressure on the share price, no?
