For anyone who doesn't understand what the NYDEC (New York Dept of Environmental Conservation) does, they check to make sure a process or company isn't overly pollutive. That's it.
I believe StockSpock really does believe that also means the NYDEC somehow signed off that PTOI's process has intrinsic value. Don't make that same mistake in your own due diligence.
Further, Mr. Bordynuik has provided no evidence whatsoever of "intrinsic value" of his catalyst or process. The math shows there's none. If an investor needs to spend that much time making assumptions, connecting the dots or being an eternal optimist while the company sits silently by, you've likely found yourself a scam stock. As if the previous fraud charges against PTOI founder Mr. Bordynuik aren't enough to convince people he's a swindler.
