it should be obvious you cannot value a development stage co w game changing technology by looking at its financials. Financials at this stage are irrelevant for that purpose.
The value of filings would be for things other than financials at this stage
we know the product exists and has been sought by NASA and other science based ''peer'' groups
and there is a website
cf this to thomas edison who lied to investors about having a working bulb when he did not
What matters is the progress of development and the value that will result when the new technology is adopted
Mach and # 1 have done those types of analysis
