That's what I gather as well...an option to purchase 1 million shares...
...correct me if I'm wrong...as it looks as though the other options are previous dates. ie. 100,000 shares (04/03/2013) : 100,000 shares (11/01/2013) of preferred shares as opposed to the purchase of 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock....
