As an example, a couple of Sundays ago I emailed Jerry a question, he responded to my email yet that day wanting me to call him so he could explain in detail the answer to my question. After a 25 minute phone call I was satisfied with his response and knew I have made a good investment. Do not listen to all the speculation over on I-Hub because that is all it is.
