held an officer or director position since May 2012

i'm not sorry that the crooked (off shore) hedgie *imo*
that has committed the perfect crime against both
legit and non legit OTC co.s for the last decade +
has to actually *DEAL* with their CONstant abusive
practices with P2O's first prox sale and BoD seated

my conservative estimate re: PTOI >> is 37 to 62 Million shares
it's probably double that ..

so looking forward to documenting that *round* ..
