Then we should of seen a filing to register their stock again. Before the SEC
will accept their audit and their 10Qs and 10Ks, they will have to file a form to
have their company and stock put back on Edgar.
Also, the OTC Markets filing is free (since they are paid up for the year) so for
the small attorney's fee, they could be Pink Current and I am sure they can
update us on how their audit is going - since I am sure they are not done with
it quite yet.
