VAV, Not sure. This was an opinion I came up with purely based on Inventor1's insight along with the observation BMAK is not on the L2. I gather solicited shares in this case are ones directly from a MM from the company set to trade at a coordinated date with news that gives some type of concrete valuation...but i admit not knowing how exactly this has been gummed up or if this is an accurate depiction. but here are the quotes i gleaned my opinion from. hope that helps.
