What I have been told by bmak is this
All trades right now are all unsolicited trades
There is not a current market maker controlling the trades
And bmak The designated marketmaker can not trade and take control until finra approves the (lol) finale trading price
Now how that figure this one out who nows
But this I do know bmak has an exclusive agreement to trade rgbp
And this is not happen yet !!!
