I agree Couch. Sell Novel for hopefully 5-10 million, bite the bullet and pay off the NJ debt. Then use whatever is left to put towards studies that will allow us the quickest approval of an abuse resistant product, which should in effect make us profitable (if not already) and entice a big pharma to partner for a phase 3 trial. I, for one, am sick of people harping about the debt. While I do think if NJ was going to try and collect, they would've done so by now, it is still a fact that we are in default on the loan and this should be rectified ASAP. Just my opinions.
