Yeah, SRGE is running on air shares, the float is locked, mms are in a failed to deliver naked short position for 7 consecutive days,  Naked shorting in the OTC is rare, Company supposed to be following through with good news tomorrow, could be a game changer.  I hope we get .20 cent divy, huge IMHO, if and when that happens.
