$SRGE Closed at the HOD today, .0192, news is coming tomorrow, as I mentioned in the previous post, there are other things in the works for the company, uplisting to OTC as they have hired a new legal team, either a buyout by SCCO or a JV with another  NYSE company, 4th qrts financials are on there way end of week and should look great.  Currently the float is locked up, mm's selling nothing but phantom shares, as shorts have continue to fail to deliever a covering for 7 consecutive days.  37.8% of the volume was short today as well.  Not to mention chart looks extremly bullish.
