Hoye are long time colleagues, pioneers of cannabis science and cannabis medicine, and co-founders of Berkeley Bio-Organic Laboratories (BBORL, Inc.). Apel is a published NASA scientist and innovative scientific brain of BBio. With Dr. Apel's departure--not entirely surprising given dark clouds over SKTO/AEGY and collapse of SKTO shares used (June 30, 2013) as unissued coin for an unconsummated acquisition--Berkeley Bio is like a tripod with two legs removed. It would surprise me if Gold stays on, presuming Gold/BBio haven't already left the building. Gold has yet to answer two questioners at FB probing BBio's status with respect to SK3 Group, Inc.
