Seems the SEC and federal regulators are hot on the trail of PHOT and HEMP promoters. Charges have been filed and what happens next I don't know. Why Hollund got mixed up with Bruce Perlowin is beyond me. I think there is a future for legitimate medical marijuana but Bruce is a shady character. Hollund saw fit to give him 100s of millions of shares. Sometimes they just cannot get it right.
