(OTC Pink:IRCE), a Utah corporation, today announced through its Board of Directors that it is currently preparing a Regulation A filing statement for submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The offering, subject to market, valuation and business conditions, and other prevailing factors, is anticipated to be for 10 million shares of Regulation A qualified common stock to be offered at between $0.15 to $0.20 per share, not to exceed two million dollars. The planned offering will be subject to review and qualification by the SEC.
