And, Lakeshore Mayor Tom Bain has also said: "They put the cart before the horse" in prob. referring to this very issue...This has been a consistent stance he has had.
But what the hell, it's too late for me. Let other people argue this issue, I'm out of it from now on. IMO, they (BC and FITX) just need that PR blitz. It would help people to politically position themselves better. You, know, maybe give him an excuse/protection to say "yes" ...a little bit easier.
