...thus the question, why wouldn't you totally use that venue to your advantage if at all possible. I have filled my carried over contributions and drawn from the "tax-free" profits to date....I love it...and at 53 it's income I can use to supplement my pension in my early retirement. Plus, I can recontribute the drawn amount the following tax year....for those that haven't taken advantage of this avenue in their portfolio, I suggest you at the very least, look into it's benefits...short & long-term...
