Gerald has basically given BP notice that they have 12 weeks. CLIA analytical performance package takes about 12 weeks. In my opinion, AMBS can go somewhat alone with CLIA marketing if necessary. It is much different than full commercialization. They have LPC and likely Cavendish backing. And let's be honest, this is Alzheimer's. If the data is good, everyone on earth will know it exists. Every BP will want it for their trials. Once revenue starts to roll in then the price to BP starts to rise very quickly. They know that and will start to raise their bids. AMBS can now also start to play hardball.
