Gerald could have completed a "classic partnership" if he needed to right now, but maybe what the potential partner was willing to pay up front was only in the 20 to 40 million? Maybe Gerald feels he wants 100 million or more?

So, Gerald has this interim sub-contractor arrangement with ICON to complete the 3 month Validation Test necessary for CLIA and commercialization in November or December of 2014. We stay in this arrangement until we get a partner who steps up and pays us what Gerald feels is appropriate, but in the mean time, we keep moving the LymPro ball down the field.
