Why is VNDM worried?

We all are familiar with the notorious bear VNDM who shows up to block ask whenever there is too much buying action for the other MM's to handle. But, why are they on .0275 ask at the moment on under a million shares exchanged? I wonder what has them worried? If things are so bad why do the bears have to block ask and whack bid at the lows?
