Allbets, this is from the 10Q - On August 27, 2012, the Company issued 7,500,000 shares of common stock valued at $345,000, to the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer, George Warren, in recognition of his efforts in raising capital for the company.

Looks like George Warren has been compensated, I'm looking forward to this investment paying off.  I believe his involvement will benefit the company and its shareprice.  I get the impression that Tanjun put their foot down and said its time to get the show on the road.
