No need to ponder any longer... this issue has been thoroughly discussed, and in my opinion, settled.  No one can point to any history within this company that shares are being squandered.  Unless of course someone calls the spending of shares to purchase an ongoing company that is currently contributing the majority of the profits to this company.   OR... paying shares to employees in lieu of cash - which in my opinion is one hell of an incentive to work harder and grow the company (and PPS so the value of share compensation is even greater).  IF... an employee, or any one for that matter, thought this company was junk... why in the world would they accept shares in lieu of cash???

No... the 4-billion is only a concern to those that choose to make it so... and the reason for that is obvious.
