I agree with your opinion Meerkat, KMAG will file a 10Q and on time.  Scott Dixon, a man of repute in Canadian business circles adds credence to KMAG.  The suspension has affected JR's life greatly but should not have deterred KMAG's performance in sales, marketing and RFID production. Personally, I expect around $17 million in revenue for the 2012 fiscal year, which I think ends in January of 2013.  Based on the existing growth rates from Feb-July of this year I expect over $4.5 million in revenue for the third quarter, August-September-October of 12 and around $10 million in revs YTD.

JR has not spent the last 16 years of his life working toward failure.  He may be working in silence and is not be issuing PR's but he is building the company while many post of his demise.  Pretty ironic IMO.
