You have to read the Statement of Defence instead of just the allegations. Didn't you say once that one was presumed innocent until found guilty.  Did you not see that JBI had cleared the media credit value with the Florida SEC office and that they indicated that they should be valued at the value of the item i.e. the credits had a value of 9,997,000 therefore that was the value.
