However it takes one brain cell and 20 minutes of DD to see this obviously no pump n dump.
However, I also do not see why anyone would submit a Yes vote before even the CC. But then again people voted Obama in office twice so I am never surprised. In all reality it doesn't matter because they are going to get the votes but really you have 3 weeks to see the groundwork laid to vote with more confidence in the result.
Unless we are sitting at .12 on the 21st with no substantial news they will get my yes vote
