1) Unless we get good revenue estimates, 25 mil or more.
2) The bridge data is released and good spec numbers released 80 +.
3) A clia partner is announced.
4) A JV partner is released with upfront money.
Any of these hit, I will consider voting yes. If none of the above hit its a definite no.
