but honestly the pattern in play by this *entity*
isn't unique to P2O .. it's SOP .. what is unique
is a legit OTC co.s ability to survive and do so
without a bloated share structure or the always
*re-shorted* reverse split ..

at this level of the co.s transition >> P2O has a share structure to be envied ..

that enviable share structure is just one of the problems
facing those who orchestrate by rote ..
