It means the two incompetent morons that were running CYBK are gone and instead $BCAP's investment/debt into CYBK is now with an accomplished no nonsense CEO. I would rather Baron's investments do well and make money rather than go stagnant and get nothing done. Chris Clarke and Oren Manelis have proven to be two completely useless morons with no ability to execute their business plan and deliver for shareholders. Good riddance to them and Welcome Mr. Hall ! I feel much better with this new CEO and his ability to bring strong ROI to BCAP's investment into the company.
