EXACTLY. I've been in 72525634s of these plays and they DON'T digest with charts impending news and momentum like this take the last pick I was in $INC* up 1300% and STILL going.
Shares have been issued and sold hence the sell off, sideways churn, now moving north back to proper PPS levels.

How is everyone doing tonight I'm getting ready to head back tomorrow, flight should be long but the excitement I feel for this amazing company over the next 2-3 weeks is amazing! Initially I thought a 300% gain was pretty conservative...but I am going to have to change it to 500-600% from this level. I do believe we will see that before there is any consolidation for the next leg up, good luck to all and let's make some money! $DRIO

(a) If, on examination, it appears that the applicant is entitled to a patent under the law, a notice of allowance will be sent to the applicant at the correspondence address indicated in § 1.33. The notice of allowance shall specify a sum constituting the issue fee which must be paid within three months from the date of mailing of the notice of allowance to avoid abandonment of the application. The sum specified in the notice of allowance may also include the publication fee, in which case the issue fee and publication fee (§ 1.211(e)) must both be paid within three months from the date of mailing of the notice of allowance to avoid abandonment of the application. This three-month period is not extendable.
They had until August 1st to pay the issue fee. If all is well, we should be hearing news very soon about the patent clearance..

That's the mean reason I bought and will be holding for a few days until this gets back where its supposed to be. I am holding for .25 at least.
