Obviously someone who knows nothing about what he is talking. He sounds more like a preacher than a medical doctor. (He sounds like the same people who wrote the movie "Reefer Madness"...FAIL.) The article is nothing more than one long series of ridiculous statements, all untrue and unprovable...
